Talent spotted in Singapore's talent quest Star Search, the TV station saw her potential and Constance Song was signed on after the contest.
Prior to joining the contest, Constance was a model. Her modeling experience naturally helped her when she started acting. She is keen to try all roles, from period drama characters to contemporary ones. Constance takes on every role with gusto.
Constance has a lovely voice and soft rock is her favourite. With her acting talent and vocal powers, she was invited to be the female lead, Spring in the critically acclaimed musical play I have a date with Spring. Constance has also moved on to try hosting in lifestyle and beauty programme Beyond Body and Soul, bringing her to another level in her artistic career.
In 2006, Constance's outstanding performance in C.I.D earned her a nomination for Best Supporting Female Artiste at the Star Awards (Singapore's equivalent of the Emmys). And in 2010, Constance was awarded the Best Supporting Female Artiste at the Star Awards for her performance in The Ultimatum. The same role has also earned her a nomination for the Most Unforgettable Villains.
