Are wedding bells ringing for Sammi Cheng & Andy Hui?

Hong Kong artiste Andy Hui was seen having dinner with girlfriend Sammi Cheng and her family two days over and her parents were reportedly satisfied with their “future son-in-law”, suggesting that wedding bells could be ringing for the couple soon.

The long-time couple had broken up and reconciled several times throughout their 20-year relationship.

Marriage rumours broke out after they reportedly checked out potential wedding venues during their romantic getaway in Japan last month, but were later denied by the couple.

However, the rumours resurfaced after the couple was speculated to be discussing marriage plans with Sammi’s parents over dinner two days ago.

After the dinner, Andy drove his car to the entrance of the restaurant and helped Sammi’s father, who had difficulties moving around, enter the car. Reporters also spotted a gold ring on Sammi’s ring finger when she waved goodbye to them.

The family appeared blissful and happy as Sammi chatted non-stop with her boyfriend while her father was all smiles. The Hong Kong singer-actress also uploaded photos taken during the dinner on her microblog yesterday night.

According to the Hong Kong media, Andy often spends time with Sammi’s family as both his parents have passed away and Sammi’s family has long treated him like a member of the family.
