He either really loves our little island or just didn’t get enough of it during his brief stay the previous time.
Barely two months after the major disappointment caused by a last-minute, “for safety reasons” cancellation of his scheduled appearance at Korean makeup store Etude House at Plaza Singapura last October, Lee Min Ho is gonna make it up to his more-than-a thousand fans who sardine-packed the mall, where the brand which he endorses, is located. The Korean heartthrob returned for his second visit to Singapore last night and, as expected, set the hearts of fangirls aged 3 to 60 aflutter, again.

The cluster of approximately 200 fans at Changi Airport this time was a mere fraction to the inundated human jams he caused everywhere he went, back in October. Maybe it had something to do with his previous, unanticipated no-show at Plaza Singapura. Maybe the buzz and hype of Boys Over Flowers , the hit serial that shot him to fame, has whittled since its first broadcast a year ago.
Or maybe fans have smartened up, choosing to splash their cash on tickets to his one-and-a-half-hour fan session happening later today — and in an fully air-conditioned hall — rather than fight for room and oxygen for just a thumbnail view of the handsome hunk at the airport.
Not to say that his touchdown on Singapore soil at 9pm last night was anything less than a rabid frenzy. Resounding screams and cheers thundered when a beanie-clad and loose t-shirt-wearing Min Ho appeared at the arrival gates, once his entourage left.

As shy as he looks, the boy sure knows how to work his way into the hearts of females. Apart from his trademark smile, his fan-meeting session later today at the MAX Pavilion is for him to get up close and personal with fans throughout the hour-long session, playing games, taking photographs, and even crooning a tune or two for them.
Surely, now you can forgive this cutie who unfortunately stood you (and a thousand other gals) up two months ago?
