Cecilia Cheung’s disappearing act in Hong Kong
According to Hong Kong media, Cecilia Cheung has put on a “disappearing act” ever since she returned to Hong Kong with her two sons, Lucas and Quintus Tse, earlier this month. The actress also reportedly stopped the boys from attending their great-grandmother’s funeral in Australia.
On October 16, Nicholas Tse’s grandmother passed away in a nursing home in Sydney at the age of 101. Patrick Tse and his daughter Jennifer Tse flew over to handle the funeral proceedings a few days later, while Nicholas was unable to take leave from his busy filming schedule.
Sources revealed that Nicholas’ grandmother’s last wish was to meet her great-grandchildren. Although the actor tried contacting his ex-wife, Cecilia did not respond to his calls the whole time.
While speaking to the media, Patrick said that he has “no idea” why Lucas and Quintus were absent from the funeral, and disclosed that he has not been in touch with Cecilia and his two grandsons for some time.
In addition, Cecilia has not been sending the two boys to school. At an event in Beijing on Monday, Nicholas expressed his concern about the issue, saying, “I shall not talk about others, I’ll try my best to settle it.”
