Cecilia Cheung denies migrating to Canada
After spending months away from home, Cecilia Cheung and her two sons, Lucas and Quintus Tse, returned to Hong Kong on Monday night. When hounded by reporters at the airport, the actress responded to earlier reports regarding her migration to Canada, saying, “Nothing is settled yet.”
As for rumours claiming that Lucas and Quintus would be entering a local kindergarten in Vancouver, Cecilia again emphasised that there are “no confirmed plans” at the moment.
At the same time, the 33-year-old also denied doing any property investments in Canada. “My family went on the vacation with us too. It’s just that they flew back to Hong Kong earlier,” she explained. “I did not talk about migrating. I wonder who started that [rumour].”
In addition, Cecilia said that she has sought legal advice to deal with the false media reports stating that she had demanded for an increase in alimony from her ex-husband Nicholas Tse.
