Chen Bo Lin dismisses dating rumours with co-star

Chen Bo Lin, who rose to fame for his onscreen heartthrob image in idol drama In Time With You, sparked dating rumours after his new movie co-star, Ting Xuan was spotting making frequent visits to the former’s apartment recently. Media reports suggested the lovebirds have secretly developed a relationship one year ago.

The Taiwanese actor immediately denied this dating rumour online yesterday, claiming that they are just good friends, and have only known each other for ten months.

“We (Bo Lin and co-stars Ting Xuan, Jeff, Ralf) get along very well and will meet up for gatherings regularly,” he added.

Self-proclaimed to be a low-key artiste, Bo Lin expressed, “I don’t see the need to stir news in order to boost my popularity. It’s the media who is fond of doing so.”

Rumour has it that it was love at first sight for the duo after they met on the set of Bo Lin’s new movie Machi Action. The couple allegedly kept their relationship under wraps and restricted their dates to the 30-year-old actor’s apartment.

Ting Xuan used to work as a trainee at the China Airlines VIP Lounge. Taiwanese artistes Ella Chen and Mike He were charmed by her attractive looks and recommended the 23-year-old to enter the entertainment industry.
