Christine Kuo denies coming between Aaron Kwok and Lynn Xiong
A tearful Christine Kuo denied coming between Aaron Kwok and Lynn Xiong at the press conference for her new TVB drama War and Beauty 2 yesterday.
Hounded by reporters after the event, she refuted third party allegations saying, “The truth was distorted. I did not do anything to spoil their relationship. Please help me clear my name, I am definitely not the third party.”
Upset over the reports, Christine emphasised that she has been focusing on her work and clarified that she has never contacted Aaron privately. The 29-year-old also reaffirmed that she has “no intentions” of dating the heavenly king.
At a celebratory party for his new movie Conspirators Aaron stepped in to defend Christine’s innocence. “This is very unfair for her, the reports may ruin her reputation,” he said.
Emphasising that they are merely acquaintances, the Hong Kong actor-singer added, “She didn’t have to cry, the truth will be out one day and she has nothing to be afraid of because she is innocent.”
Neither admitting nor denying the rumours of his breakup with Lynn, the 47-year-old said, “You guys know my personality, I won’t talk about my personal life. I have always been keeping a low profile with regards to my relationship, so please give me some private space. For love and relationship matters, let nature take its course.”
Rumours of Aaron and Lynn calling off their seven-year-long relationship have been swirling after the latter posted a photo of her wearing a ring on her pinky finger along with an ambiguous comment that hinted at their breakup.
