He is one of the most famous athletes in the world (even though he officially retired from professional football a year ago) and has a cool net worth of US$350 million, but when it comes to his four kids, David Beckham is just like any other ordinary dad.

The sporting legend was in town yesterday to conduct a football clinic with 90 beneficiaries from various local organisations, such as the Special Olympics and the Deaf Sports Association, at Marina Bay Sands. Before he made dreams come true by giving valuable pointers and letting participants witness his world-renowned skills first-hand, he took some time to share about his rise to the top and to gush about his family.

“I feel like a taxi driver because I’m constantly in a car driving [my children] everywhere, which I love,” he chuckled. “I take them to school in the mornings, pick them up in the afternoons, and bring them for football practice or ballet class.”
