Gigi Lai’s first public sighting since October

A low-key Gigi Lai made her first public appearance on Christmas Eve three months after the birth of her third daughter, Pegella, in October. The 41-year-old mother was seen shopping with her older twin daughters at IFC mall in Hong Kong.

After Pegella was born, Gigi shunned away from the spotlight completely and took on the role of a full-time mummy while managing her beauty salon. Looking svelte and slim in her pre-pregnancy figure, Gigi was taken aback by the presence of reporters initially. She soon regained her composure and stopped avoiding their cameras.

In a brief interview, the mother of three revealed that she was out shopping for Christmas presents, and that her baby daughter was resting at home.

Gigi announced her sudden exit from the entertainment industry during the peak of her career in 2008. She married wealthy businessman Patrick Ma in the same year and gave birth to Pricia and Gianna (her firstborns) in 2010.
