The Taipei 2013 New Year countdown concert was held outside of Taipei City Hall in Taipei, Taiwan, 31 December 2012. A number of celebrities were invited to entertain crowds in the hours leading up to the New Year`s countdown, including Taiwanese singers A-Mei, Jeannie Tse, A-Lin, Hong Kong singer Aaron Kwok. The theme of the Taipei New Year`s concert this year is electronic music. A light show on Taipei 101 was synchronized with the music for very first time.
