Hong Kong director Peter Chan, Chinese model Du Juan, actors Tong Dawei and actor Deng Chao attended a press conference for the movie "American Dreams in China" in Beijing, China, 5 February 2013. The trailer was released during the press conference and Peter Chan announced that the film would be screened on April 16. Dressed in the clothes of 1980s, Du Juan, Tong Dawei and Deng Chao showed up with old-fashioned suitcase, bicycle and an English edition of the novel "The Dream Of The Red Chambe".
