South Korean actress Kim Tae Hee unveiled her debut Chinese TV drama "Wang Xi Zhi" in Beijing, China, 29 May 2014. The popular Korean star followed her boyfriend Rain who is also busy with filming his first Chinese drama and marched into the Chinese market. Kim expressed on the site that language would be a big difficulty. As Kim`s first show in Chinese drama, the project allegedly had a budget of US$97 million (around S$121 million) to ensure good production. Kim also attended the Chinese reality show "Bring You to the Stars" earlier. Given that she rarely does entertainment program in Korea, her frequent moves in China were seen by media as a testament to her ambitions into the big country.
