The 17th Shanghai International Film Festival came to an end in Shanghai, China, 22 June 2014. Greek film "Little England (Mikra Anglia)" received the Golden Goblet award for Best Film and also secured the Best Director, Best Actress awards. The Best Actor award went to Thai actor Vithaya Pansringarm for his movie "The Last Executioner". Chinese actress Gong Li who led the jury at the festival this year stepped onto the stage with a shinning golden gown. As the first woman have chaired the panel, Gong Li expressed her gratitude for having chance to contribute her efforts to the Chinese film industry. Meanwhile, American actress Natalie Portman highlighted the show with her printed gown while presenting the Best Director award.
