Is Shawn Yue dating Kary Ng?

Photos of Hong Kong artistes Shawn Yue and Kary Ng going on several dates surfaced online, inviting rumours that the longtime good friends are keeping their budding romance under wraps.

The pair was previously spotted spending Valentine's Day together as they took a stroll along the beach in Stanley, Hong Kong. They entered an apartment later and allegedly held hands when they came out of the building.

Netizens grew suspicious over their relationship and soon discovered both of them are currently holidaying in London after the duo posted comments on their romantic getaway on their respective social photo-sharing site Instagram.

Meanwhile, a series of photos leaked online, where Shawn and Kary were seen standing closely at the check-in counter in Heathrow airport.

Reports suggest that the celeb duo saw each other as siblings and only grew closer after Kary broke up with her boyfriend of six years, Hong Kong's "tennis prince" Brian Hung last year.

Most of their respective fans were unhappy about their idol's new love interest and left nasty remarks on their microblogs.

Both of their managers have not responded to this matter at press time.
