Lee Hom overlooked parking rules
Singer turned actor Lee Hom, who just wrapped up filming for upcoming Hollywood thriller film, Cyber in Malaysia, made headlines for the wrong reasons shortly after his return to Taiwan.
Upon arriving last Saturday night, the 37-year-old actor quickly went home to drop off his bags before making his way to his grandmother’s place. He unknowingly parked his car along the roadside, which was marked out with a red line, at his grandmother’s place.
Although Lee Hom came down to park his car at an appropriate spot later, he was heavily reprimanded by the security guard of the building.
“Do you know that you are not allowed to park here? If I allow you to park here, how am I going to account to the other residents living here?” berated the guard as Lee Hom attempted to correct his mistake.
In response to this incident, Lee Hom released an official statement via his manager and explained, “Although it was unintentional, it was indeed an oversight on my part. Due to my anxiousness to meet my grandmother, I’ve broken the rules and I’m sorry.”
