Lindsay Lohan has had several mishaps behind the wheel but now a crash which occurred in June, when Lindsay's rented Porsche crashed into the back of a truck in Los Angeles, has come back to haunt her - she has been accused of lying after telling police she wasn't driving at the time. Multiple witnesses dispute that, and now it looks like the actress is going to be officially charged over the accident.

It gets worse - the allegation means the troubled star may have violated her probation (she was found guilty of stealing a necklace in 2011) and she could face up to one year in jail.
