In conjunction with the Loy Krathong Festival, Psy held his “GANGNAM STYLE THAILAND EXTRA LIVE” concert yesterday, November 28, 2012 at the SCG’s stadium, which could hold up to 25,000 audiences. It was a free concert which also had a series of pre-concert activities outside the performing grounds.

This is the first time Psy stepped out of Korea to hold this first ever overseas live concert.

At the press conference, Psy greeted the fans in Thai (“Sawasdee”), and told the crowd that he had been to Thailand once as a guest artist in Rain’s concert. Back then, nobody knew who he was, but now he’s going to have his own concert.

The Korean pop star is due in Singapore for a public one-hour showcase this Saturday. All complimentary tickets, almost 4,000 of them, were snapped up by eager fans and wanna-bes within two hours.

Let’s take a look at the photos of Psy at the press conference in Thailand moments before the concert.
