Despite the rain, Thai fans were nutty over the performance brought by the array of artists from SMTown. A collaboration between SM Entertainment and local company, True Corporation, this performance proved to be the most successful project of the year.

A massive crowd was formed at ‘Impact Arena Stadium’ since morning on Sunday, November 25, 2012, fanatically securing a strategic position for the SMTown press conference. The concert then commenced at 5 in the evening with 8 performing Korean pop groups.

During the performance, the various Korean groups even prepared special segments, singing not only their own songs but also popular tunes like Katty Perry’s California Gurls and cross-group performance partnering TVXQ’s Choikang Changmin and Super Junior’s Kyuhyun in the song 'Just the way you are' by Bruno Mars.

Other highlights of the show include, BoA, who hasn’t performed in Thailand for the past 12 years and also TVXQ! who premiered their latest album HUMANOIDS live on stage.

Artists performing that night include KANGTA, BoA, TVXQ!’s Yunho & Changmin, Super Junior’s Dong-hae, Girls’ Generation’s Soo-young, SHINee’s Onew, f(x)’s Victoria, EXO-K’s SUHO and EXO-M’s Kris.

SMTown Live World Tour has traveled 6 different countries, including US, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. Bangkok marks the end of this world tour and it definitely ended in a high note with a choral sang by the entire performing cast.
