Both returned to Hong Kong separately two days ago. Raymond was seen pushing the couple’s luggage, looking exhausted. He declined to reveal how much he spent, remarking that “it’s not necessary to spend a lot to have fun; we take a holiday like any one of you.”
“It’s normal to be tired!” he said, when asked by reporters, adding that they had a good meal to celebrate his birthday on Dec 8.
His 20-year-old Hong Kong actress girlfrend, was spotted returning in high spirits, and left the airport 10 minutes before Raymond appeared. When queried by reporters, Karena did not reveal how the couple spent Raymond’s birthday, but merely replied with a smile: “We’ll talk about it during the event this afternoon.”
At the event, she declined to reveal what she birthday present she gave Raymond, but said that they went for a Kaiseki dinner (traditional multi-course Japanese dinner). “It was at a restaurant that’s difficult to book – I spent a lot of effort to book it a month in advance!”
