Stefanie Sun shares first photo of son

Local songbird Stefanie Sun welcomed her 3.4kg baby boy on Oct 30. The first-time mother will be on a work break to take care of her son for the next four months.

Last night, in a micro-blog update, a photo of Stefanie and her son holding hands was posted online. She commented: "Ten fingers, ten toes. You have arrived, dear son."

In a statement to the media, Stefanie admitted that she has her hands full as a first-time mum but feels a sense of contentment to witness her son growing healthily every day. The 34-year-old also shared that she is still unable to identify which parent her son takes after.

"His temper is like me, while his thick black hair resembles Nadim [Stefanie's husband]," she added.

Stefanie is reportedly staying at her mother's place for a one-month-long confinement and has plans to breast feed her son.

Stefanie's music teacher, Paul Lee visited her earlier on and assured the public that Stefanie is doing well and has not changed much in size.
