Ben Richards - The Running Man (1987)

At one point in The Running Man Arnie chainsaws a guy in the groin before quipping “He had to split”. It’s just one example from a film that’s littered with one-liners - the Austrian actioneer even quotes his now infamous “I’ll be back” catchphrase at one point. It’s exactly the type of camp carnage that Schwarzenegger honed to perfection throughout his career and one of the high points in a film that was remarkably ahead of its time.
