Slated to be 2013’s Lunar New Year drama, expect stories on love and kinship in this heartwarming familial series

After Joys of Life, Chen Li Ping and Huang Wen Yong will be at it again not as sparring neighbours living in the same squatters, but as a married couple with an only son played by Zen (Li Si Yuan).

While posing for photos with Li Ping and Lin Mei Jiao (FYI: the latter last played his submissive wife in Joys of Life) at the lensing ceremony for upcoming Ch8 drama series, It's a Wonderful Life, Wen Yong could not help but comment in mock jest, "This feels like incest of some sorts -- posing with my "ex-wife" and "current wife"."

"Our characters in this show might share some similarities to Joys of Life. Li Ping was more tough and outspoken in that show, her character in this show's just about the same as well. She wields more say than my character in that sense," said Wen Yong who plays Li Yun Shun.

Set to be a family-based series centered around a few main families such as the Lis, Haos, and the Zhong sisters, just to name a few, this show will be headlined by veteran Hong Kong actor Ha Yu, Elvin Ng, Desmond Tan, Li Ping, Wen Yong, Paige Chua and Zen. It will also highlight new couple pairings between young stars such as Elvin and Julie Tan and Y.E.S. 93.3 DJ Dennis Chew and Adeline Lim.
