Kelly Brook vows to never have surgery
Kelly Brook would never have cosmetic surgery because she thinks it wouldn't look good and is often a sign of low self-esteem.
Kelly Brook thinks having plastic surgery is a sign of low self-esteem.
The model has vowed never to have plastic surgery as she thinks it wouldn't suit her, and people would pay more attention to the fact she had undergone surgery than the results.
She said: ''I just want to look like me, not a plastic version of me. With people who have had plastic surgery, you don't say, 'Oh, they look great with that new nose' or, 'They look great with those new boobs' you just go, 'Oh they've had surgery' whether its lips or Botox or boobs. It can be a sign of low self esteem, too.''
Kelly, 33, also says it's important not to be too skinny and to accept who you are and your own body.
She added: ''Being comfortable in your own skin and having confidence in yourself is the most important thing. I'm not super skinny, but I think I've got a pretty healthy relationship with my body and my appearance. You've got to accept your shape and how you are.''
