Rose McGowan's house almost burnt down on Monday night (30.09.13).
The former 'Charmed' actress, who is set to marry her artist boyfriend Davey Detail later this month, was not at her Los Angeles home when it almost went up in flames but her neighbour and Yahoo! heiress Courtenay Semel saved the day by calling the fire brigade.
The 39-year-old beauty tweeted in the early hours of Tuesday morning (01.10.13): ''Well, my house almost burnt down tonight. Thanks @courtenaysemel for calling the fire dept and saving my house.''
She later added: ''Back in the house. It smells like burnt metal and my eyes are burning. Grateful. Goodnight, moon. X.''
A source told UsMagazine.com that no one was injured in the incident.
The insider said: ''Everyone, including the dogs, is okay.''
Rose recently revealed she is getting married on October 12th at a former nunnery in New Orleans, Louisiana in a small ceremony.
The actress will walk down the aisle in an Oscar de la Renta wedding dress and is excited to celebrate their honeymoon in Tahiti.
She said: ''I've never been. I've always dreamed of having one of those little huts over the water.''
Rose was previously engaged to 'Beautiful People' rocker Marilyn, but she ended their three-and-a-half year relationship in 2001 citing a ''lifestyle difference''.
She was also set to wed her 'Grindhouse' director Robert Rodriguez after they began a relationship while filming the movie in 2007 but they split in October 2009.
