Taylor Swift: 'I have no Valentine's Day plans'

Taylor Swift has no romantic plans for Valentine's Day (14.02.13).

The 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' hitmaker has been single since splitting from One Direction singer Harry Styles last month and Taylor insists she is happy to spend the romantic day rehearsing or with friends.

She said: ''I'll probably spend it with my friends or rehearsing. I'll be off in a warehouse somewhere and working on the lighting rig and the lighting cues.

''And I don't think I'd rather be anywhere else, to be honest.''

While Taylor, 23, famously gets most of her songwriting inspiration from her break-ups, her latest single '22' is an ode to her female best friends.

She explained: ''Finally I've got this amazing group of girlfriends and we tell each other everything. We're together all the time. I think that was kind of the marker of me being 22--having all these friends and there are a lot of question marks in your life...but the one thing that you have is you have each other.''
