The Korean group made an unannounced visit to our shores a month before their maiden local solo concert

Four-piece Korean girl group 2NE1 may not be due for their first-ever local concert until next month, but CL, Bom, Dara and Minzy shook up our shores with their powerful performance last Friday with a surprise performance. Word of their unannounced visit had fans trawling the island just to catch a glimpse of the girls.

Blackjacks (2NE1's fans) were in for a treat as the quartet shook up the Clarke Quay area with their catchy tunes. Their high-energy set included hits such as 'I Don't Care' and 'Can't Nobody'. Fans were swept away by their slick dance moves and energetic performance.

What made the performance even more special is that it was broadcasted live on giant outdoor screens at Knightsbridge, Bugis Junction, JCube and Toa Payoh Hub. Organisers SingTel also live-casted the mini-showcase through various online portals.
