4Minute’s “Yoons” to form duo

4Minute’s Heo Ga-yoon and Jeon Ji-yoon will form a subunit duo, under the name “Double Yoons.”
The two will release an EP next month and according to Cube Entertainment, the pair have recently finished recording and shooting the music video.

Heo is known for being 4Minute’s vocalist while Jeon is best known for her rapping skills.
The two will tackle both dance songs and ballads as a new subunit.

This is the second time that 4Minute has taken part in temporary project group.
Last year Hyun-a joined forces with Beast’s Jang Hyun-seung, calling themselves “Trouble Maker.” They caused quite a stir on the charts with their self-titled EP.
