Ha Jung Woo to Model and Direct for Channel OCN

Ha Jung Woo will be posing as the model for the movie channel OCN.

On February 6, CJ E&M's OCN announced that "Ha Jung Woo will be starring in a new channel ad as its model."

The actor will not only model for the ad, but also direct it himself.

Director Kim Chul Yeon of OCN commented, "We thought Ha Jung Woo's charismatic and professional image as one of the most reknowned actors in Korea, as well as his wide spectrum of feats as an actor, director, writer and artist, fit OCN's image perfectly. That is how we came to choose him as our channel's model. We plan to showcase a blockbuster channel ad that will embody OCN's new take off and visions."

Ha Jung Woo has been showing he's very enthusiastic about his new director role, coming up with many ideas for the ad. The shoot will take place mid-February, and the new ad will start airing mid-March.

Ha Jung Woo said, "It's a channel I've always liked, and I'm honored I've been chosen as its model. I'm more excited that I'll be directing the ad also. I'll work hard to come up with great results."

In the meantime, the actor is currently leading the box office with his film The Berlin File.
