Big Bang to release concert DVD

Big Bang plans to release a DVD of its Dec. 5 concert in front of 55,000 fans at the Tokyo Dome.

The 230-minute DVD will include 30 songs and behind-the-scenes footage and be available for sale on March 20, according to reports in several Japanese media.

With its announcement of the upcoming DVD, the Sankei newspaper posted an interview with G-Dragon, the leader of the group. “I’m overwhelmed by the DVD release. I wish people will be able to feel the day’s passion through it,” he said.

Despite the early start time of 6 p.m., students and workers made their way to the sold-out concert on a weekday.

Back in Korea, members of the boy band are focusing on their individual activities.

T.O.P, recently wrapped up filming “The Alumni,” which is due to be released later this year.

And the leader, G-Dragon, is set to dazzle fans at home on March 30-31 during solo concerts at Olympic Park, southern Seoul. By Ahn Joo-hee
