The Heavenly King, whose Chinese name is Liu De Hua, was in fact born Liu Fu Rong. After using his ordinary sounding birth name for the first few years of his life, his name was officially changed to Liu De Hua.

Andy has enjoyed a hugely successful career that has spanned over two decades that includes film, television series, music albums and even film producing. The Heavenly King also welcomed his first child this year, a girl named Lau Xiang Hui.

The verdict: While the reasons behind his name change are unclear, one thing is for certain – Andy was made for more than being ordinary. Perhaps a name truly makes a man.
