You know what they say about good things - they're worth the wait. Returning after almost two years with their studio album Break Down, Super Junior-M has once again proved their immense popularity, bringing their series of fan parties outside of Mandarin-speaking countries and into Bangkok.
Meeting their fans before their concert on Saturday through an open press conference and autograph signing event, the eight lads were dressed casually, perhaps due to the sweltering heat. Their appearance, however, was not without drama of its own. The group was late by over an hour and what made matters worse was an electrical failure at the venue just before the event started.
At the group press conference held shortly before the rest of the scheduled activities, Super Junior-M expressed their excitement and gratitude to fans who have waited for their return. "We returned with a manlier concept this time with title song 'Break Down'," Eunhyuk mentioned. "My favourite track on the album is the instrumental version of 'Break Down'; even without the vocals it gives off a really good vibe and is a very new concept for us."
The song's choreography has also caught eyes for its uniqueness - one trait which is attributed to choreographer Nick Bass, who is the brain behind their explosively famous 'Sorry Sorry' dance.
