Girls’ Generation kicks off the year with a strong comeback for ‘I Got A Boy’, how will other K-Pop groups match up?
Twenty-twelve was a glorious year for the South Korean entertainment industry, and the K-Pop stars are not about to rest on their laurels in the New Year as more artistes, A-listers and rookie groups have confirmed or are working on a comeback to the music scene in 2013.
With big names such as Girls' Generation, JYJ's Jaejoong and CNBLUE talking about rebranding themselves this year, fans can now wait with bated breath for their idols' official return to the stage.
Even PSY, the numero uno personality in 2012, has promised to prove he is more than just a one-hit wonder with a worldwide album release this year. Many will be watching how he lives up to the huge expectations following the extraordinary success of "Gangnam Style".
One thing is for sure though - the world will witness yet another year of unceasing Hallyu hits.
