JYJ Jaejoong
Expected Comeback: January 17

On December 18, C-JES Entertainment announced that "Jaejoong will release a solo EP in January this year. Sinawe's fifth vocalist Kim Ba Da will participate in the EP with a variety of rock numbers."

The EP will be the 26-year-old's first official solo release, and Jaejoong will be embracing the rock genre instead of going down the typical pop or ballad path. On top of that, he will be in charge of writing all the lyrics in this album.

Being one of the few K-pop stars who compose his own songs, Jaejoong's solo comeback will be a refreshing respite to an industry clogged with pop songs. Besides, all he needs is a teeny bit of guyliner to compliment his anime-like good looks and look like a certified rocker.

Kim Ba Da from the legendary South Korean metal band Sinawe, has praised that Jaejoong has a voice fit for rock and he hopes that the JYJ member will be recognized as "an artiste, rather than an idol" after the album's release.

Various teasers that will lead to his expected comeback on January 17 have been revealed over the past few days, keeping the fans in growing excitement.

What we hope to see in his comeback:
We are pretty sure there's only one thing on his fans' wish list: For major broadcasting companies to open their doors to Jaejoong so that he can finally appear on television programs for once, now that JYJ's law suit with SM Entertainment has concluded.
