Novak Djokovic became the 1st man to win 3 straight Australian Open titles after beating Andy Murray in the final.
The Serbian world number one won in 4 sets, 6-7, 7-6, 6-3, 6-2.
With the victory, Djokovic claims his 4th title Down Under, matching Roger Federer and Andre Agassi.
As for Murray, it was his 3rd final defeat in 4 years in Australia.
Earlier in the mixed doubles,
Australians Jarmila Gajdosova and Matthew Ebden were crowned champions.
They beat Czech Republic pair Lucie Hradecka and Frantisek Cermak in straight sets.
