Postpaid customers of M1 will get three days of free local mobile calls, SMS, MMS and data services from 10 February to 12 February.
Prepaid customers will enjoy a one-dollar bonus for every top-up of S$17 and above during February.
The telco is offering these to make up for the disruption in services.
It restored full 3G service in the affected areas on Thursday - more than 60 hours after it went down.
The service disruption started at 3am on Tuesday when a vendor was upgrading equipment at its network headquarters.
A power problem set off the gas suppression and water sprinkler systems, causing a mobile network switch to trip and services to fail.
