Warm, delicate and sensuous flavours awaited a selected few participants at Suntory Flight of Whisky, an exclusive Japanese whisky pairing experience with Valrhona chocolates for a never-before gastronomic venture. Jamey Merkel, Beam Global Asia’s brand educator and mixologist, along with Vincent Bourdin, Valrhona's Regional Pastry Consultant, guided the session held on the 26th of April at Alleybar.
