The Pinnacle Series Tea

The Pinnacle Series Tea

On 20th April 2013, Symphony 92.4FM held the inaugural Pinnacle Series Tea as part of the Sforzando! Patron Circle event, at the newly-opened ME@OUE, where business leaders were invited to explore the relationship between classical music and success in business.

Symphony 92.4FM is privileged to have had business gurus Mr Jim Rogers, Chairman of Rogers Holdings and Beeland Interests Inc., and Mr Hsieh Tsun-Yan, Chairman of LinHart Group Pte Ltd. These business magnates talked about their experiences with classical music and business, and also shared pointers from their recently published books.

This was followed by a panel discussion and Q&A session from the audience, chaired by Ms Wang Ya-Hui (Vice President of Symphony 92.4FM), Mr Bernard Yeung (Dean of NUS Business School), with Mr Rogers and Mr Hsieh.

In addition to the insightful discussion, audiences were treated to musical performances by Symphony 92.4FM presenters, Selwyn Koh and Kiat Goh, and Ms Wang Ya-Hui.

The Pinnacle Series Tea was hosted by the Evening Drive presenter, Ms Loh Sin Yee, and was well-received with audience members commenting positively on the content, choice of venue, and the performances from the presenters.

“That was a fun event! Thank you. Great food – great company!”

-Nigel Yeung, Executive Director of NUS Business School

“Great event!...Looking forward to the next!"

                                                - Heinriche Graf, a Sforzando! Member
