入围《十大最受欢迎男女艺人》的所有42位艺人都有资格参加此奖项。
投选规条：
- 得奖者将由商业评审代表(50%)和网上的投选结果(50%)来决定。
- 所有持有合法身份证的新加坡公民和新加坡居民均可以参加投选活动。
- 投选完全免费。
- 每人每天只能投票1次。
- 在投选后，请点击投票按钮旁的Log out按钮。
- 投选从2011年3月21日中午开始，到2011年4月16日晚上11时59分为止。
- 结果将在2011年4月17日《银光闪耀 红星大奖2011》（第一场）中宣布。

Who's in the running for the award?
- All 42 nominees for Top 10 Male & Female Artistes Award are eligible for this award.
Terms & Conditions
- Final winner will be chosen from trade panel (50%) and online voting results (50%)
- Voting is open to all Singaporeans and residents of Singapore with a valid IC number.
- Voting is free-of-charge.
- Each voter is only entitled to one vote per day.
- After each voting, please press the Log Out button which will appear next to the voting button.
- Voting starts on March 21, 2011, noon and ends on 16 April 2011, 2359pm.
- Results will be announced during Star Awards 2011 Show 1 on April 17, 2011.
