《潮人攻略》是一个全新的资讯节目介绍新加坡与上海两地流行生活与资讯。
透过这些主持人（许振荣、杨志龙、杜惠甹、周颖、徐鸣杰、 李美玲和胡佳琪）在城市里行走尝鲜，寻找城市里的新事物。在内容的表现手法方面，不仅是单纯的介绍，而是以一种时尚的生活态度来介绍城中的流行资讯。
《潮人攻略》也突破一般资讯节目的格局，新系列的节目不在棚内录制串场稿；我们选择利用现代潮人生活中少不了的社交媒体如Facebook， Twitter和 Instagram ，在节目的粉丝专页，以照片留言／分享、趣味小测验，再让主持人之间留言互动；这种方式不仅可以更好的结合上海与新加坡的拍摄片段，提高节目的流畅性，而且巧妙的与现代流行事物相结合，让整体节目更具时代感。
